Born and raised in Alsace in a family of restaurateur for three generations and Being in the food industry as a chef and pastry chef for more than two decades, John will create and offer  you a selection of Traditional French Dishes.

A Plat du jour, (dish of the day, Usually Slow cooked and a rich sauce)

And some Patisseries ( sweet items such as Financiers,  Tarts and so on...)

Passionate by the hospitality industry in both cuisine and service, Camille will be serving you .
